PastaLab is preparing to launch its first location in Galway City.

Our aim is to open in a high-footfall area close to students, offices, and city-centre foot traffic. The fast-casual model allows PastaLab to operate efficiently in compact spaces while still delivering high-quality food.

Additional locations may be considered in the future based on demand and customer response.
